In my own way, I like to play with similar ideas to create culinary surprises. I use fresh, unrefined and seasonal local produce, lots of herbs, eadible flowers from my garden, weeds even, for an eclectic cuisine.

It’s vegetarian, pescatarian and vegan. It’s simple, healthy, inventive and convivial.

This is all around a table of crazy mixed and matched vintage finds, to lend to an amused and a relaxed eating experience.

It’s a fresh evolution of small savoury and sweet treats to wash down with natural wines, local beers, fresh herbal teas etc.

I also like to work with local artisans to create culinary events. In partnership with Farmhouse we can provide a set menu for buffet or sit down meal.
